Indoor climate monitoring room by room
Accurate temperature and humidity sensors for indoor and outdoor use — real-time condition data from every apartment to the ClimaPri Cloud.
Why condition sensors
Comfortable indoor air in every season.
Condition sensors make visible what residents feel — temperature swings, humidity, and draughty spots. Act before a resident complains.
Real-time monitoring — per apartment, individually
Comfort issues exposed — draughts, cold spots, overly dry air
Moisture damage prevention — high humidity caught early
Consistent indoor climate — tune the whole property from one dataset

Make indoor data visible
You can't know what you don't measure.
Residents complain about draughts, dryness, and temperature — but without data you don't know where, when, or why.
ClimaPri does this differently. Sensors connect to the same ClimaPri Cloud as heating and water meters — one view, all condition data.

→Trends and history compare apartments and seasons
→Anomaly alerts before they turn into problems
→One cloud heating, water, and conditions in the same view
→Open API data flows to property-management and maintenance tools
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions about condition sensors
Condition sensors measure temperature and humidity in every apartment. They let you ensure consistent indoor climate, catch draughts or moisture damage early, and optimise heating per apartment.
The In-home Display has an e-INK screen showing residents the temperature, humidity, and building messages. The Apartment Sensor is discrete, with no screen — suitable for rooms where measurement alone is enough. Both send data to the ClimaPri Cloud.
The wireless apartment and outdoor sensors last up to 12 years on a single battery. The In-home Display uses long-life lithium batteries or an external power supply.
No. Apartment and outdoor sensors connect wirelessly via WM-Bus, and the In-home Display via Wirepas, to the ClimaPri central unit. The number of central units and repeaters is sized per property.
All sensor data appears in the ClimaPri Cloud, in a browser or on mobile. You get real-time values, history, anomaly alerts, and apartment-by-apartment comparisons.
Yes. Wireless sensors install without cabling or renovations. Suitable for both new builds and retrofits.
